We have been asked to help this little treasure - please welcome 5-6 month old MOOSE!
Moose was rescued from a bad situation by his foster parents, and sadly he can't tell us what happened to him, but we've told him not to worry, we will find him a lovely forever and ever home where he will never be treated badly again!
He is currently with rescuers and here is what they have to say about him :
Moose was incredibly timid and malnourished when his foster parents found him, but he’s now looking much better and really turning into a very handsome man!
Moose is currently living with three foster sisters, a Kelpie x Collie, a Lurcher, and a Staffy. His best friend in the whole world is his Staffy sister, and he would love it if he could find another home with another brother/sister who loves to play rough and share their toys with him!
Moose is currently living on a farm and nothing phases him, he loves helping feed the ducks, move the sheep, and loves watching the tractors and quad bikes! He is also very well travelled and loves going in the car in his crate. He really is a brave boy who loves to be involved.
Moose is very treat oriented and will do anything you want him to if you’ve got a packet of treats with you. His toilet training is really coming along, and he will ask to go out when he needs to. He’s also really getting the hang of his recall and does a fantastic ‘sit’!
Moose does have the tendency to nip/mouth, but this is not malicious at all and he’s really learning not to, he just gets over excited sometimes and struggles to control himself! But for this reason we would not advise a home with young children.
When Moose had his first bowl of water and biscuits, he could have won awards for how quickly he consumed them! So his foster parents think he may have been deprived. He now has a slow feeder bowl and is much better. And although he does still drink a huge amount of water, he is much more elegant during the process!
His ideal forever family would live in the countryside and love going for walks and exploring new places, ideally with another bully breed for him to be his new best friend.
