Meet the absolute Mary Poppins that’s is HEDGE!! Hedge is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x who is 6 years old and provided there are no other dogs in the home/visiting she could fit into any home whether it be a family with children or a companion for someone… she is practically perfect!!

Hedge has come into us due to problems arising in the home with the other resident dog so much so they were having to separate the dogs and made the heartbreaking decision to rehome her.

We assessed her before taking her in and she couldn’t have done any better if she tried, she was great with other dogs she met out and about, amazing with people and walked beautifully on the lead.

Although Hedge can’t live/cope with visiting dogs she is good with dogs she meets out and about on walks quite happy to make friends or walk past and ignore. Her owners have also said the problem surrounding other dogs are solely in the home environment.

Hedge travels well, she’s house trained, good with children, has a good level of obedience knowing her basic commands, fine to be left on her own, loves cuddles & affection, she is cat friendly and even good with donkeys - she really is a gem!

Her one and only fault is her recall is intermittent, her owners only let her off lead in secure areas otherwise she’s happy to toddle round on a retractable lead.

Hedge would like a home where she is utterly adored, have all the attention to herself, a nice secure garden and although she’s not a high energy dog she does still get excited for walks, so one where she can still get out on adventures.
