Amelia is a bright, young girl who is looking for a loving home to call her own. Full of life and enthusiasm, she’s a typical youngster who loves to run around at 100mph, catch every sniff, play with her toys, and make the most of every walk & minute with her humans.

Amelia will need some ongoing training from the basics up, as she’s still learning about the world and prior to coming to us has likely had no input. Her lead walking is improving nicely—she can be a little excitable and all over the place at the start of her walks, but once she settles, she does walk much better. With a bit of patience and consistency, she’s sure to continue making great progress but training classes will certainly help her.

She has been good with other dogs during her time here and could potentially live with another dog, provided temperaments suit.

Amelia is a very friendly girl who enjoys human company, though she can sometimes look for reassurance in new or uncertain situations. Because of this, she’ll benefit from a home that can help build her confidence and support her as she continues to grow.

With her fun-loving nature and affectionate personality, Amelia has so much potential to be a wonderful companion. All she needs is someone willing to give her time and invest in her training.
