We know finding the perfect home for a dog the size of a small pony isn't going to be easy, but we're sure that Creed's forever family is out there waiting for him.

Creed came into our care as a stray believed to be around 1-2 18 months old judging by his teeth however his goofy puppy behaviour suggests he's actually closer to 8–12 months old. He's still very much a baby in a giant body!

Sadly he hasn't had the best start in life - he has already gained 10kg since being in kennels and he will hit the floor if he thinks he has done something wrong bless him and we're slowly helping him become the healthy, happy dog he deserves to be. Underneath his giant frame is a sensitive soul.

For such a big lad, Creed actually walks really well on a headcollar, happily staying by your side. He can get excited when he spots other dogs or people, but he's improving every single day and becoming much better at keeping his lead loose. He absolutely loves being out exploring, although he does have a stubborn streak when he decides walkies shouldn't be over just yet!

In the playpen, Creed's favourite thing is a football. He'll happily entertain himself by charging around after it, although his spatial awareness could definitely use a little work🤣

Creed is also discovering just how lovely fusses and cuddles can be. He's a very affectionate boy, although he does still jump up in his excitement. Considering he's taller than most of our staff when he stands up, this is something we're working hard on!

Creed is an oversized puppy who will need an experienced home with giant or large breeds. His new family will need to be committed to continuing his training, building his confidence, and showing him that the world isn't such a scary place.

Although he's good with dogs when out and about, we feel he'd be happiest as the only dog initially while he settles into home life, although this isn't set in stone and could be discussed. He hasn't been cat tested, and due to his size and exuberance, we're looking for a home without young children.

Creed has so much love to give and so much potential. He simply needs someone willing to see past his size and invest the time, patience and kindness he deserves. In return, you'll gain a loyal, hilarious, affectionate best friend who will make you smile every single day.
