Jack came into our care from another rescue, and unfortunately, we have no information about his past. What we do know is that this lovely lad has a bright future ahead of him and is ready to find a family to call his own.
When meeting new people, Jack can be a little nervous and unsure at first, he likes to take a moment but once he's ok he is your best friend! he really is a friendly, affectionate boy who absolutely loves being around his people, he'll happily soak up all the fuss and attention you're willing to give.
Jack is a happy dog who enjoys getting out and about, although his leadwork is still a work in progress as he can be a little erratic on walks at times, but with some continued training no doubt he will learn to walk on a loose lead. he can be a little worried around unfamiliar or sudden loud noises such as bangs/tarpaulin rustling so this may be something he needs to work on in his new home with the noises of the big wide world.
One thing Jack definitely love is other dogs, he is very sociable and would happily share his home with a canine friend who could help show him the ropes provided temperaments suit equally he would be just as happy being an only dog with friends to meet on walks.
Toys, however, remain a complete mystery to him! He hasn't quite worked out what they're for or why everyone seems so excited about them so hopefully his new family can show him but in the meantime he just enjoys a good run around and mooch in the playpen.
Jack is a sweet, happy boy who simply needs someone able to help him find his confidence and discover just how good life can be.
