Poor Snoopy is looking for a new home due to his owners ill and declining health meaning they were unable to continue looking after him, we are hoping that it won't be too long before he is out of kennels which he so hates and back on a sofa in his very own home.

When he first came into us he was pretty nervous and shellshocked being in kennels but his confidence is growing but so are his howls & cries 🙁

Out on the lead Snoops is a typical Beagle following his nose to all the good sniffs forgetting he is attached to his handler! He isn't a terrible pull-er and certainly not one to pull you over but 'loose lead' & 'heel' aren't in his vocab...yet! We are looking for a moderately active home, he isn't going to be climbing Everest but will need more then a pootle round the block.

In the playpen he is very much a sniffer and moocher taking everything at his pace ignoring everyone and everything zoned in on the best sniffs, we've not yet witnessed any running or playing with toys but hopefully his new family might entice his playful side out!

Snoopy is dog friendly, he has previously lived with other dogs and has been golden with all dogs he has met since being here so we do think he would be happy living with another dog provided they matched his chilled out energy and weren't too much for him.

When away from the distractions of the outside world Snoopy is super loving, affectionate and looking for attention.

Snoopy is a lovely boy who doesn't have a bad bone in him, he will make someone a fab little companion.
